Good questions, straight answers
Is there water or power on the land yet?
Not yet. Power will be brought to the edge of the property, and a shared community well will provide water for members.
Can I install a septic system?
No — septics aren't allowed here. The Homestead is off-grid only, so only off-grid setups work. Solar power is a great fit, and there's no zoning at all on this unincorporated county land.
Is there any zoning?
None at all. This is unincorporated county land, so you're free to build your off-grid setup without zoning restrictions.
When do I choose my plot?
After you pay, you choose your plot number from the site map.
